Tumblers are frosted glass made for sublimation. The lid is plastic with a silicone handle. Please remove lid before sublimating

West Texas Tumblers is not responsible for any technical issues related to the sublimation process such as using the wrong settings, equipment, ink, not wrapping the sublimation paper tightly for transferring image, and ghosting.
HAND WASH ONLY: The dishwasher can reactivate the sublimation ink at 350 degrees and could cause the ink to bleed and blur the overall design. Do NOT place tumbler in dishwasher, microwave, or freezer.
