~We ship orders using USPS priority shipping, which includes tracking and insurance. West Texas Tumblers is not responsible for any delay caused by USPS

~ Since we do work with custom orders there are NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS unless I made a horrible mistake, in this situation, I will request the tumbler returned to me for inspection and will either correct the mistake or replace it.
